Once pre-orders close, we will begin to package and ship orders on a weekly basis. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Domestic Orders (UK): Typically 5-7 business days from the dispatch date.
• International Orders: Varies by destination; generally 10-20 business days from the dispatch date.
Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund the amount you paid for the journal, excluding any shipping costs. This refund will be processed within one month of receiving the returned-to-sender.
