Operations Manager (Volunteer)

Are you passionate about uplifting diasporic voices through literature and art—and also secretly love communication, structure, and sending things on time? WAYF is looking for an Operations Manager to join our all volunteer team to keep our creative engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and project timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track

• Manage contributor and customer communications with clarity and warmth

• Support print production logistics and coordinate global journal shipping

• Let your creative juices flow by keeping our social media up to date, engaging and relevant

• Pitch in wherever needed, based on your own interests and development goals
